About Unlimited Powder Coating

Fifteen years of parts done right in Hackettstown — because the person quoting your job is the person spraying it.

The short version

Unlimited Powder Coating has been in business for 15 years, built on more than 20 years of hands-on coating experience. The shop sits in Hackettstown, near where Warren, Morris, and Sussex counties meet. That puts Dover and Randolph about as close as Newton, Sparta, and Washington.

It's owner-operated on purpose. Shane O'Hara does the coating himself, so you talk to the person who actually knows what your parts need — not a counter desk relaying half the story back and forth. Thousands of parts have gone through this building on that system. It hasn't needed changing.

What runs through the shop

A lot of it is the work you'd expect: wheels and calipers, motorcycle and bicycle frames, railings and gates, patio furniture that deserves another twenty years. The rest is the work most small shops never see — production batches for industrial customers, coating support for machine shops on government contract jobs, and projects for military and NFL customers that had to be right the first time.

Parts don't have to arrive finished, either. Laser cutting, fabrication and weld repair happen in the same building, so a bracket can be cut from flat stock, welded up, blasted and coated without ever leaving Hackettstown.

Color is the other half of the story. Between Prismatic Powders and Columbia Coatings there are thousands of color options available, and custom matching covers the gaps when a shade has to be exact.

How to work with us

Snap a few pictures of your parts, note the color you're after, and send them to (973) 713-3401. You'll hear back with a straight answer: whether it's coatable, what prep it needs, and what the job runs. Then drop it off in Hackettstown and pick up a finish that lasts.
